Not that he had any chance of being elected against a safe Labour seat anyway. Pity they didn't get rid of him of him a couple of years ago when he was being embarrassing by saying one of his heroes was racist Rhodesian leader Ian Smith. *Eyeroll*
Meanwhile according to a Pink News poll - Gay Tory support is down 30 points.
[Aside: I think most Tories are weird enough anyway -but gay Tories... totally baffling.]
My gay vote has easy to understand pie charts on how the three main parties stand on gay related issues. Any surprise it's *only* the Tories that consistently vote against anything pro-equal rights?
